TAEKWONDO


Hi bloggers, James here. Yesterday we went to Taekwondo. We did relays and shuttles. We did relays and shuttles to keep our stomach muscles strong.  We had to paddle with our legs but we had to lay straight and not bend our knees. We had to do other exercise and we practised our scissors kick before the competition. Caitlin came first and Benson came  third. When it was my turn, I had to jump high to touch the pad. I felt so happy that I still made it.


It was so fun because we did relays and we did a kicking competition. I made it up to level 5 and I just missed the front bit of the pad. Feel free to leave a comment. Blog you later.
